My intent is to report my progress and choices in managing my experiences with bipolar disorder and compulsive eating. Joy in my life is in the giving and the ability to receive.




MANAGING STRESS/AND MAINTAINING MIND/BODY/SPIRIT

THERAPY, BEING TRULY LISTENED TO, MEDITATION and EXERCISE can be used in managing stress and maintaining mind/body/spirit. In addition BODYWORK such as Acupuncture, Massage, and Reflexology can be helpful. With bodywork I personally utilize all three.
