MY PERSONAL ATTEMPT: June 2013

       As previously reported, I have struggled with refined sugar throughout my life and have managed to get that under control along with making progress with my compulsive eating. In addition, with exercise added to my routine I decided to reduce and eventually eliminating grains, for my weight is at a standstill . I'm certain I would feel better when I'm lighter. For me, I have noticed when eating grains it has triggered me to eat more of them and simulates a compulsion for wanting more food. It could be the break down of the sugar. I realize brown rice is a better choice and there are other grains I could choose where the sugar break down is slower. However I choose to meet my needs by upping my vegetables and taking a good multiple vitamin and eating good quality protein and fruit in my diet.

I do not suggest this way to you the viewer, my intent is to report my progress and choice.

Today is June 13th 2013 and I will inform you of my progress in a month from now.
